Right of withdrawal:
The Customer will have the right to exercise the right to regret the purchase, in order to return the product, in which case the following conditions must be observed: The period to withdraw the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt; In case of return, the product must be returned to SITENAME in its original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (Electronic Invoice Document), the manual and all its accessories.
The Customer must request the refund through Customer Service (SAC) or directly in the Control Panel, under the "cancel order" topic.
SITENAME will not bear the costs arising from the collection or publication of the Product.
After the product arrives at the Distribution Center, SITENAME will verify that the above conditions have been met.
If so, a refund of the full purchase amount will be provided.
For credit card purchases, the card manager will be notified and the refund will be made on the next bill, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase.
The refund period and, even, the collection of the remaining installments after the total refund of the value of the Product on the Client's credit card made by SITENAME, is the responsibility of the card administrator.
In the event that the card administrator charges future installments, the Client will not be burdened, since SITENAME, as mentioned above, reverses the total value of the Product in a single payment, and the administrator will grant credit for the reversal in full.
On the billing invoice after the month of cancellation. For purchases paid by bank receipt or debit, the refund will be made by bank deposit, within 10 (ten) business days, only in the buyer's current account, which must be individual.
